Paper Submission

  1. Papers or abstracts (500-2000 words) must reach the convenor by e-mail, at the latest by January 30th, 2011.
  2. Prospective participants should include with their paper or abstract :
  • Their name, postal address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the contact author.
  • Their title (and specify if they or a co-author is a student).
  1. Acceptance will be notified on February 28th by e-mail.
  2. The final papers, sent as an e-mail attachment (version Word 6 or more recent), must reach the conference convenor by May 30th, 2011.
  3. Submitted papers - including references, exhibits, and appendices - should be double-spaced (Font : Times New Roman 12) and should not exceed 8,000 words (including footnotes).
  4. Papers will be reviewed using a blind procedure. Therefore, name(s) of the author(s) should appear only on the title page. Authors should avoid revealing their identities in the body or references section of their papers.
  5. Papers submitted for presentation at the conference or subsequent publication
    should not have been published or accepted for publication, or be currently under review elsewhere.

  1. Conference Registration Fee: 200 Euros (Students: 120 Euros) (lunch and dinner included), extra fees may be asked for the field trip.
  2. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs
  3. The organisers will supply participants with local transport advice and a list of local hotels.
